Consent to Marketing Communications

In force from 24 September 2026 Operator: CPA MEDIA DOO

This consent covers advertising messages from Mongeza and its partner lenders. It is separate from the consent to data processing and can be withdrawn on its own.

1. What I agree to receive

1.1.

I agree that CPA MEDIA DOO may send me marketing communications about the Mongeza service and about the products of its partner lenders.

1.2.

I agree to receive them by email, by text message, by push notification in my browser and by telephone call to the number I have given.

1.3.

I understand that these are advertising messages, and that they are separate from service messages such as payment receipts, cancellation confirmations and replies to claims, which I receive because I use the Service and which do not depend on this consent.

1.4.

I agree that my contact details may be used to show me advertising on third-party platforms in an encoded form that does not disclose those details to the platforms.

1.5.

I agree that CPA MEDIA DOO may pass my contact details to partner lenders whose criteria my request meets, so that they may make me an offer.

1.6.

I understand that the sender of every message will be identifiable and that every message will contain a way of stopping further ones.

1.7.

I confirm that the telephone number and the email address I have given are mine and that I may be contacted at them.

2. How long it lasts and how I withdraw it

2.1.

I give this consent for 5 years and I may withdraw it at any time before then.

2.2.

To withdraw it I write to info@mongeza.com from my registered address, or I use the unsubscribe link contained in any message I have received.

2.3.

Withdrawal is processed free of charge and no explanation is required from me.

2.4.

I understand that withdrawing this consent does not cancel my subscription, and that I stop the recurring charge through cancel your subscription, as described in the Recurring Payments Agreement.

2.5.

I understand that after withdrawal I will still receive service messages about my payments and my requests.

2.6.

I understand that a partner lender which has already received my details processes them under its own policy, and that any further objection is addressed to that lender.
