Consent to Personal Data Processing

In force from 24 September 2026 Operator: CPA MEDIA DOO

This consent is given to CPA MEDIA DOO by the person submitting a request at mongeza.com. It is written in the first person because it is that person’s own statement.

1. What I consent to

1.1.

I consent to CPA MEDIA DOO, the operator of the Mongeza service at mongeza.com, processing my personal data on the terms of the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1.2.

The data I mean is the data I enter on the site: my first and last name, my date of birth, my city, my identity document number, my mobile number, my email address, and the amount and term I am requesting.

1.3.

I also mean the technical data my browser transmits and the payment data that arises when I link a card, in the form described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1.4.

I consent to that data being collected, recorded, organised, stored, updated, used, transferred to the recipients named below, blocked, deleted and destroyed, by automated means and otherwise.

1.5.

I consent to my data being passed to lending organisations whose criteria my request meets, so that they may assess it and contact me with an offer.

1.6.

I consent to my data being passed to the payment provider that takes and returns card payments, and to the communication providers that deliver messages and one-time codes to me.

1.7.

I consent to my data being transferred across borders to those recipients, including to countries outside the United Arab Emirates, on the terms set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy.

1.8.

I understand that the purpose of this processing is to provide me with the paid matching service, to take payment for it under the User Agreement, and to answer any claim I may make.

1.9.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that the data is my own, and that I give this consent freely.

2. How long it lasts and how I withdraw it

2.1.

I give this consent for 5 years from the day I give it.

2.2.

I may withdraw it at any time before then by writing to info@mongeza.com from the email address I registered with.

2.3.

I understand that withdrawing consent stops further processing but does not undo processing already carried out.

2.4.

I understand that withdrawing consent does not by itself cancel my subscription, and that I cancel that through cancel your subscription.

2.5.

I understand that after withdrawal the Operator may still keep the data the law obliges it to keep, records of payments in particular, and may use it for nothing else.

2.6.

I understand that without this consent the Service cannot be provided, because a request cannot be matched without processing the data in it.

2.7.

I know that I may ask for access to my data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the supervisory authority, as described in the Personal Data Processing Policy.
